Off-road tour to the lake Kel-Suu.

We invite you to take part in the adventure of an off-road trip to Lake Kel-Suu, which is located in the Naryn region near the Chinese border. On the way we will meet nomads and stop at a yurt camp to get acquainted with nomadic traditions and customs. In fact, this trip will allow you to see the three most beautiful mountain lakes of Kyrgyzstan: Son-Kul, Chatyr-kul, Kel-Suu and Issyk-Kul.

Day 1: Bishkek – Kochkorka – Son-Kul
Meeting at the airport. After breakfast, departure to the beautiful mountain lake Son-Kul. On the way – a picnic in nature. The ability to take beautiful photos and video. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, enjoy nature. Arrival at Son-Kul lake in the evening. Before dinner you can watch a show of national equestrian games. Overnight in yurts on the shore of the lake.

Day 2: Son-Kul – Tash-Rabat
We’ll have breakfast, go up the mountain by cars, a panorama opens from which you can see the entire Son-Kul lake. Then the road to Tash-Rabat is a historical monument founded by monks in the 10th century. During the heyday of the Great Silk Road, Tash-Rabat lost its cult significance of the monastery and served as a hotel, i.e. – a caravanserai. Surrounded by mountain ranges. On the way, a picnic in nature. Passage through the passes. Dinner: national cuisine and overnight in national yurts. A bathhouse on request.

Day 3: Tash-Rabat – Kel-Suu
Breakfast. Departure to the picturesque alpine lake Kol-Suu in the south-east of Kyrgyzstan, near the border with China. It is located at an altitude of 3400 m above sea level in the spurs of the Kokshaal-Too ridge (Kok-Kyya valley, Ak-Sai river basin). On all sides, Kol-Suu is surrounded by steep rocks with many caves, depressions and grottoes; there are also small stone islands in the lake itself. To fully enjoy the beautiful views of the lake, it is recommended to take a boat trip. Lunch on the way in nature. Boat trips on the lake, as well as horseback riding. Dinner by the lake. Overnight in tents.

Day 4: Kichi-Naryn – Tamga
Departure to the city of Karakol through the Tosor pass (or the village of Bokonbaevo – depending on weather conditions). On the way, a picnic in nature near a mountain river. The road to the pearl of Kyrgyzstan – Lake Issyk-Kul is very colorful. You can take beautiful photos and videos. And also see the ancient national “Falconry”. Arrival in Karakol in the evening, accommodation at the hotel. Dinner. Night.

Day 5:Tamga – Jeti-Oguz Valley – Karakol
After breakfast drive on the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. Visiting Jeti-Oguz “7 bulls” Valley and driving up to panorama of Oguz-Bashi mountain range. We will visit Kok-Jaiyk summer pasture and nomads of Issyk-Kul region. Wlak to waterfall in the valley. Picnic and meeting eagle falconry. Arrival by the evening in Karakol. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day6: Karakol – Cholpon-Ata

After breakfast departure to Cholpon-Ata through picturesque gorges – Grigorievka and Semenovka. There you will visit three magnificent mountain lakes. Outdoor lunch by the lake. Here you can buy ecologically pure medicinal honey collected in the highlands. In Cholpon-Ata we will get acquainted with the ancient rock paintings (petroglyphs, 2000 BC – 4th century AD), located in the “open-air museum”. Arrival in the evening and accommodation at the boarding house. Dinner. Night.

Day 7: Cholpon Ata – Bishkek
Breakfast. Transfer to Bishkek. For fans of extreme sports – rafting (descent along a mountain river). We will have lunch at a cafe on the way. On the way we will visit the medieval settlement of Balasagun with the Burana tower and stone statues. Arrival in the city, visiting the oriental bazaar. Final supper. Overnight at the hotel.
